The love radiating on the day of Robin and Nick’s Oceanside Beach Wedding was something that will stick with me for a long time. They tied the knot on a Thursday at Tyson Beach and Park with about 120 friends and family members, friends and family that absolutely adore this couple.
Amy and Jim are so freakin’ cute! A couple of months ago, I got an Instagram message from Amy, a photographer from Iowa, requesting my services. Her and her husband, Jim, were coming to San Diego for a vacation (they had honeymooned here 3 years ago)...
Today my husband Dylan and I celebrate two years of marriage.
I never dreamed that I would find someone that would give me butterflies, challenge me to be independent of him, hold space for my emotional ebbs and flows, support me in my creative endeavors, and be my little spoon at night. Dylan is a big part of who I am today.
These two! There is so much to say about Alicia and Craig’s Communal Coffee and Spanish Village Engagement Session. But there is even more to say about how these two met, and since they have so many meaningful memories that are worth telling,
It was a drizzly morning all the way up to Priscilla and Michael’s Intimate Wedding. They would be tying the knot at a friend's home nestled above a canyon in San Diego. Originally they had planned to be married outside overlooking this canyon,
Had such an amazing time working with the fabulous creative team (listed below) on this styled shoot. The setup was gorgeous, the meal looked delicious, and our real couple was so romantic and fun to work with!
When Dylan and I got engaged we were euphoric, floating on cloud 9, and sailing through rainbows. Neither of us had ever been engaged before, let alone planned a wedding before! And frankly, how were we suppose to know what to do first?
Michelle and Navi met through mutual friends over six years ago on a random summer evening. They only briefly spoke, but it was enough to create sparks and start a fire. There's more to the story, but most importantly, they started dating which has led to a life journey of exploring new places together.
I feel so blessed to be ending my year with some extraordinary couples whose love continues to blossom. I absolutely adored getting to spend the golden light hours and share quite a few laughs with Laura and Ryan, and their sweet furbaby Harley.
I spent a gorgeous windswept evening on the shores of San Diego with two beautiful people, Renee and Daniel, and Daniel’s amazing sister Catherine! Renee and Daniel are world travelers, foodies, and both work in the medical field.
Oh boy! A little man is on his way! And his name is Alden. Devin and Chris fell in love in college, and I’ve had the great pleasure of knowing Devin since we were in jr. high, getting to witness her find love in Chris...
What a delight it was to spend the evening with the Louthan Family on the shores of Del Mar! Rufina had been on the search for a photographer to capture their first family photo while baby Henley was still under 1-years-old.
Closed out the end of September with this fabulous Park Hyatt Aviara Wedding in Carlsbad! If you haven’t been to this resort, it is simply breathtaking, and a must visit even for a drink in the bar and a walk around the gorgeous grounds.
Omg! I’m in LOVE with this industrial boho chic styled shoot at the Luce Loft in Downtown San Diego. There are two places I absolutely love taking photos: the great outdoors and beautiful urban spaces like the Luce Loft.
I love classic love stories like Lizzie and Tony’s. Lizzie and Tony’s story starts one evening at O’Sullivan’s Pub in Escondido. They both had planned to be out with friends that night, but last minute, both friends dropped out.
